For wedding and large event orders, we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance. This allows time for consultation, mood board creation, mock arrangements, and bulk procurement. For peak season (November–February), 8–12 weeks is ideal.

Yes! We offer flexible flower subscriptions — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — starting from ₹299 per delivery. Plans include Petite (5–7 stems), Classic (10–12 stems), Premium (15+ stems with vase), and Office Desk (compact desktop arrangement). You can pause, skip, or upgrade anytime.

What is your freshness guarantee?

Every BloomBox arrangement comes with a photo-verified freshness guarantee. We photograph your flowers at arrangement, pre-dispatch, and delivery. If your flowers don't stay fresh for the guaranteed period (varies by type, typically 5–7 days for fresh-cuts), we'll replace them or issue a full refund.

Do you provide flowers for religious ceremonies?

Yes, we have a dedicated puja and ceremony flowers section. We offer loose marigolds, rose petals, jasmine garlands (gajra), lotus, tulsi, and complete puja thalis. Daily and alternate-day subscription options are available for regular puja needs.
